Appointment Times – Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We will endeavour to be on time, and would appreciate your punctuality. For new patients, we would appreciate it if you would arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your designated appointment, so that we may introduce you to our practice and obtain appropriate medical histories and contact information.
Cancellation of Appointments – If you are unable to keep your appointment we would appreciate two business days' notice. If you are unable to keep an appointment, it is quite likely that you will have to wait for some time before another suitable appointment time.
Financial Arrangements - Payment is required on the day of treatment. In most cases, a personal treatment plan will be provided, which details your upcoming treatment, the time frame of this treatment and the fees for service. Our practice accepts payments by cash, cheque, EFTPOS and most credit cards.
Privacy - All patient information is handled with the strictest of confidence. No records will be forwarded to anyone else (other than your referring dentist) without your specific written consent. Please note that all radiographic records remain the property of Canberra Implant and Periodontal Centre. Click here to view our complete privacy policy.
Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding with a surgical or invasive procedure, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
